Prior to the initial assessment, you will be required to complete intake paperwork and questionnaires.

Initial Assessment: (60 mins) During this appointment the provider will thoroughly obtain background information to address presenting issues. Lab work may be ordered to rule out any physical conditions. The provider will discuss treatment options and discuss them with the client or guardian. This includes but not limited to mental health history, social history, family history, personal and any other issues that may need to be addressed. Once the provider and client have discussed the clinical impressions, possible treatment options, the client will then choose which option suites them best.

Follow-Up appointments: (20-40 mins) During this appointment the provider will review and discuss adherence to treatment, response, and possible adjustments if necessary.

Medication Refills and Policies

Electronic prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy within your state of residence. Prescriptions are not mailed. You will receive enough medication refills until the next scheduled follow-up appointment, therefore, sending a message about refills is generally not necessary. However, occasionally refills do not always get sent to pharmacies as planned. In this case, please place your refill request through the patient portal.  If you miss an appointment that was meant to discuss your progress and refills, a 7- day refill will be sent, allowing you time to schedule an appointment. Changes are not made to your medication(s) without an appointment. 

Appointments 

All appointments are conducted utilizing a secure video platform (requiring access to a webcam. Currently serving clients residing in the following states, only:

When it's time to "attend" your appointment, simply "check-in" using the link provided by your provider. You will then be taken to the HIPAA compliant site for our video appointment.

It's encouraged that you check in early to give yourself plenty of time to test your video and audio connection, and to avoid having to reschedule.

Late Policy 

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. With an online platform that takes away the stress of weather conditions, traffic and trying to find parking, it is very convenient for you to "attend" your appointments on time.

Fees and Payment

At the conclusion of the visit, you will be sent a visit summary that includes billed charges. You can send this "superbill" to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The amount will be determined by your insurance carrier, and they can walk you through their required steps.​​

·     Initial evaluation $ 200

·     Follow up visit    $ 150 

 

All fees should be paid in advance, through our website. If payment has not been made at least 24 hours before your appointment, it’s equivalent to a nonconfirmed appointment, and your appointment will be canceled.
